Cancellation Policy

Please note that our cancellation policy has changed due to many no-show appointments and late cancellations.
 

A full 24 hrs notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.  
 

100% of the payment will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 24hrs of your appointment time.

 

Exceptions may be applied due to some emergency situations.
