Licensed Massage Therapist Needed

Full time and Part Time

Sukho Thai Massage in Raleigh, NC is hiring both full-time and part-time positions for their rapidly growing spa and offers an excellent income opportunity with steady repeat clients. The environment is unique, peaceful, flexible and client-focused. We are looking for a therapist who is customer service oriented, able to communicate effectively, and gets along well in a team environment.

Position Duties:

• Perform consecutive 60, 90 or 120-minute massage therapy sessions (with 30 minutes break in between sessions.)
• Create an excellent massage experience for clients.
• Exhibit high levels of professionalism and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Hold high value to patient confidentiality.
  

Position requirements:

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Required: Current North Carolina or other equivalent state's Massage Therapist License.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
• No prior experience in Thai Massage is required, we will train the right enthusiastic therapist in this modality.
• Able to work flexible days and hours including weekends.
  

Pay depending on experience: $25-$35/hr

W-2 Employee paid bi-weekly
Some reimbursement for CE classes.

Part time Spa Receptionist 

Sukho Thai Massage & Spa Retreat is seeking a part-time receptionist to work in our spa. We are looking for a candidate that can work at least 10 hours a week. Must be available and willing to work some weekends. 

Required skills and duties:

• Greet customers
• Book appointments
• Maintain customer databases
• Create an excellent customer service experience for clients
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Help with laundry as time allows
• Hold high value to patient confidentiality
  

Position requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task
• Skilled on the computer - must efficiently and effectively use scheduling software. Mindbody software experiences a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively on the phone and in person.
• Able to lift 40lbs
  

Compensation: $11-$15 DOE
