This session is designed to address the typical pregnancy aches such as low back pain, sore calves and feet, and sinus pressure. This session works either with client in the side-lying position with pillows used for support or face down using a pregnancy cushion. The position depends on what is comfortable and how many weeks Mom is at the time of the massage . These sessions are wonderful and rejuvenating treat for healthy moms who are in their 2nd or 3rd Trimester of pregnancy. A 60 min prenatal massage session is a good choice if you have more less intense body aches and concerns. 60 minutes is perfect for focusing on overall relaxation. Chronic or severe pain may require multiple sessions for resolution.
